Pathiramanal Island is a small island in Vembanad Lake in Alappuzha district, Kerala. Kerala Tourism describes the roughly 10-acre island as a haven for birdwatchers and nature enthusiasts, with diverse bird, butterfly, plant, fish and other species. The island is also known as Ananda Padmanabhan Thoppu and Pathira Thoppu.

It falls under Cherthala taluk and lies between the backwater areas of Thanneermukkom and Kumarakom. There is no road access to the island; visitors reach it by boat, which makes the journey part of the experience. Pathiramanal can be included in a backwater cruise, and its quiet setting rewards travellers interested in birdlife, wetlands and landscape photography more than those looking for commercial entertainment.
