Abhayaranyam Eco Tourism Centre

Abhayaranyam Eco Tourism Centre is located at Kaprikad near Kodanad in Ernakulam district, Kerala, in a green setting beside the Periyar River. Kerala Tourism describes it as a rehabilitation centre for orphaned and rescued wild animals, with elephants forming one of its best-known attractions. Deer, birds and landscaped natural areas add to the visitor experience, while the surrounding region connects to trekking and ecotourism routes in the Malayattoor forest division.
