Alakapuri Waterfalls

Alakapuri Waterfalls is a highland attraction near Kanjirakolly in Kannur district, Kerala, set against the green slopes of the lower Western Ghats. DTPC Kannur describes the waterfall as a roughly 200-foot cascade with three stages, with Alakapuri forming the second phase. The water originates in forested terrain toward Karnataka before descending through the hills of this border landscape.

Access is comparatively straightforward: a maintained road leads to a parking area, followed by a walk of about ten minutes to the falls.
