Aranmula Sree Parthasarathy Temple

Aranmula Sree Parthasarathy Temple is one of the most significant pilgrimage and heritage landmarks in Pathanamthitta district. Standing beside the Pamba River at Aranmula, the temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna in the form of Parthasarathy and is counted among the 108 Divya Desams revered in the Vaishnavite tradition. Its architectural character reflects Keralam temple design, with notable woodwork, paintings and a setting that is inseparable from the cultural life of the village.

The temple is closely associated with Aranmula Vallamkali and Vallasadya, two traditions that bring together devotion, river culture and community participation.
