Keralam Legislature Complex is located in the Vikas Bhavan–Palayam area of Thiruvananthapuram and houses the Keralam Legislative Assembly, commonly known as the Niyamasabha. The large complex represents the institutional heart of the state’s elected legislature and is notable for combining modern governmental architecture with visual references to Keralam’s traditional building forms. Its assembly building, formal approaches and landscaped setting give the area a ceremonial character distinct from the older Secretariat.

The site is a functioning high-security government campus, however, and should not be approached like an unrestricted tourist monument.
