Nellarachal

Nellarachal is a heritage tribal village in Wayanad district, Kerala, located near Ambalavayal within the wider Karapuzha reservoir landscape. Kerala Tourism describes the village as lying between Ambalavayal and Meppadi, with reservoir water surrounding parts of the settlement on three sides and creating a peninsula-like setting. The scenery combines calm inland water, green hills, agricultural land and wide sunset views.

Nellarachal is also significant for its living village culture.
