Parsi Anjuman Baug

Parsi Anjuman Baug is a historic Parsi fire temple in the S. M. Street area of Kozhikode city, Kerala.

Kerala Tourism dates the site to the eighteenth century and describes it as the only Parsi temple in Kerala. The temple reflects the presence of Parsi merchants who became part of Calicut's diverse trading society, adding a less familiar chapter to the city's better-known Arab, European and local mercantile connections. Kerala Tourism notes that the site has been maintained by members of Kozhikode's remaining Parsi community.

For visitors, its significance lies primarily in cultural history and religious heritage rather than in a conventional sightseeing experience. It can be understood in context while walking through S. M.

Street and the older commercial areas of central Kozhikode, where multiple communities left architectural and social traces. As a religious site, interior access may be limited according to community practice, and visitors should not assume unrestricted entry. Respectful viewing, appropriate behaviour and compliance with any local photography or access rules are essential.
