Sunrise Valley

Sunrise Valley is a highland viewpoint in the Muppainad and Vaduvanchal area of Wayanad district, Keralam. The Keralam Revenue Department officially lists Sunrise Valley among the tourist places of Muppainad village, which is in Vythiri taluk and uses the Vaduvanchal PIN code 673581. Keralam Tourism also identifies Vaduvanchal as one of the state’s notable sunrise locations, describing the viewpoint as a place to watch the morning light spread across misty valleys.

The attraction is valued for broad Western Ghats scenery rather than built facilities: forested slopes, plantation-covered hills and changing cloud layers create the experience, particularly in the early hours.
