Why this place stands out

Hawah Beach, or Hawa/Eve’s Beach, is a central Kovalam beach in Thiruvananthapuram known for sunsets, sandy shoreline and seasonal supervised activities such as scuba diving and parasailing.

Hawah Beach, commonly written as Hawa Beach and also known as Eve’s Beach, forms one of the three main crescent beaches of Kovalam in Thiruvananthapuram district, Keralam. It lies between the busier Lighthouse Beach side and other sections of the Kovalam coast, making it easy to explore on foot as part of a broader beach visit. Keralam Tourism highlights the beach for leisurely walks and sunset views and also promotes supervised adventure activities in the area.

Beginner-friendly shore scuba diving is offered off Hawa Beach in suitable conditions, while Kovalam’s parasailing programme has also been associated with the Hawa/Grove Beach zone. The beach remains first and foremost a scenic coastal space, with the Arabian Sea, rocky edges and coconut-lined surroundings creating the familiar Kovalam landscape. Visitors interested in water sports should use accredited operators and check seasonal weather, tide and safety conditions before entering the sea.
